One piece or a whole apartment's worth — we haul furniture out of Chicago's three-flats, greystones, bungalows, and towers at a flat photo-quoted price, carried down any number of stairs with no surcharge. Sectionals split for tight turns, tower COIs handled, usable pieces donated.

Upload a Photo & Get Your Price →Getting furniture out of a Chicago home is mostly about stairs — the three-floor walk-up, the wooden back-porch stairs, the tight greystone turn, the freight-elevator window in a River North tower. We're built for all of it, and we fold the whole carry into one flat number quoted from a photo. No hourly meter, no "oversized" upcharge for a sleeper sofa, no per-flight fee. We take couches and sectionals, mattresses and box springs, dressers and wardrobes, dining sets, desks, and whole-room loads — and because city bulk pickup is slow and on the city's schedule, we're who you call for everything beyond that.
The pieces and the access — stairs, elevator. Flat price back fast, no in-home estimate.
Same-day often available. For a tower we file the COI and book the freight elevator.
Down the stairs, into the truck. Usable pieces donated, the rest recycled or hauled.
Flat, photo-quoted before anyone shows up. The stair-carry and disposal are included.

The hard part of a Chicago furniture job is access: the three-floor walk-up in Lakeview or Pilsen, the wooden back porch, the tight greystone turn, the reserved freight elevator and Certificate of Insurance in a River North or South Loop tower. We split sectionals to clear tight stairwells, protect banisters and common areas, and load from the alley or curb where it's easiest. A third-floor walk-up costs the same as the ground floor.
Pieces in good shape go to local donation instead of the landfill; the rest is broken down so metal, wood, and foam are recycled where possible. A furnished-unit clearout produces a lot that's still usable, and keeping it out of the waste stream is included in the flat price.
"Whole bedroom set out of a Pilsen two-flat — dresser, bed, mattress. Flat price, donated where they could."
"Cleared a furnished one-bed in River North between tenants. COI filed, freight elevator booked, gone in one trip."
"Dining set and a couch down a Lakeview back porch. One photo, fair flat price, same-day."
