A third-floor three-flat is quoted the same as a ground-floor apartment with identical contents. Worth asking every hauler you get a quote from, because per-flight charges are common here and they tend to be disclosed late.

Truck tiers run $241 for a quarter load, $431 a half, $587 three-quarters and $732 for a full 16-cubic-yard load, with a $75 minimum.
